District Disability Awareness Badge

2nd Whitton Beavers took part in the District Disability Awareness Badge Workshops recently.
Having found out about a particular disability or paralympian and their sport – the Beavers learnt about braille, sign language and various aids that could help those with a physical disability. The Beavers also had the opportunity to understand the difficulties faced by people with visual impairment by trying on various sim specs.
