2nd Whitton are currently recruiting for the following:

Group Scout Leader

We are looking for a volunteer with management experience who would like to do more in their community, possessing good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

You should be an experienced team leader or manager and have bucket-loads of enthusiasm and energy! You will have an appreciation of the needs of both young people and adults in today’s society. You will be a team player who can motivate others to get involved and work together. DBS check and references will be required. Previous Scouting experience is not essential as induction and training will be provided. Interested?

Occasional Helpers

For those of you who cannot commit to helping out the Sections on a regular basis, but would still like to be involved – we would love to hear from you!

• Do you have a particular occupation, hobby or skill that would be of interest to our young people?
• Would you fancy running a one-off meeting or outing or could you test one of our vast array of badges?
• Do you have new and exciting ideas that would benefit the running of 2nd Whitton Scout Group?
